First of all it was so dirty, second they took almost two hours doing my nails when I asked for a simple French tip, third they didn’t even do it right, all they did was put the tip on and then put a clear powder on top. Worst nail job ever done!!!

I LOVE this establishment! After trying multiple nail techs in the area when I moved here, Luxe Nails Spa was suggested by a friend, and I will never go anywhere else. The establishment is very clean, the entire staff is so nice and funny, and I love my nails and toes every time. The hot stone massage with the pedicure is EVERYTHING!! I also get my eyebrows threaded by V which is perfect every time! I literally look forward to my nail appointments just to hang out with Long and V, we laugh the entire time.I highly suggest giving them a try!!Services: Pedicure

Very untrustworthy!! I mistakenly sent a $400 zelle transfer to the owner named David instead of another David who was supposed to get the money. I called the owner David at least 10 times and left messages and never picks or respond to messages. I left countless messages to the staff so he can call me to reverse the transaction but of course he never did because he’s a thief. On top of that I’ve been a loyal customer and spent thousands of dollars over the last 5 years. I would not recommend dealing with such an untrustworthy owner and establishment if there was a 0 rating I would give it without hesitating. I’m surprised HEB would let such an untrustworthy business be their tenant.Services: Manicure
