I went to pick up clothes on Friday for a wedding and was met with a sign on the door “sorry for the inconvenience we had an emergency”. Stop in again on Saturday morning I hopes they would have re opened but the doors are still locked and they removed the sign. Horrible customer service and bad for business. Once they returned they could have simply called their customers and gave them time to pick up their items!

On top of this place being unorganized and dirty. The sign says they open at 7am. I was relying on that. I work out of town most of the time. I stopped by at 8am on my way out and they were still closed. Horrible place, horrible service. I will never come here again! If I could give this place negative ratings I would.

My first time visiting this cleaners. Should have read the bad reviews first! I was charged $1.50 more than quoted for one item. I asked the clerk for the higher price and she said tax. After questioning an extra fee of $1.50 she said it was an environmental fee which she did not tell me about when dropping off my jacket. This family owned business just tagging on undisclosed charges for extra profit. The jacket also xame back with a strange odor. Will never return there.Tye The

I dropped clothes off on Saturday and was told to pick up Tuesday after 5pm…. The employee didn’t tell me that the clothes isn’t taken care of on site. They take the clothes somewhere else so when I show up Tuesday at 4:58 pm my clothes isn’t there. The employee was upset with me for the inconvenience I caused her by asking how long it would take! She was rude and aggressive. The owner then shows up with the load of clothes about 30 minutes later and they can’t find my clothes……. When I finally found my clothes there was a spot on one of my shirts that wasn’t there before. Owner said that was like that already. I didn’t argue I just left with my late damaged clothes. First and last time I go there.

The worst place ever..they deserve 0 stars if not negative.. they did not give my expensive dress back on time..when they gave it back it had stain marks that it didnt have before..the lady would not give me back my dress until she charged me...for no service. Worst plac ever.. do not be scammed by this place. Also, their phone number does not work. Scammers!!!

Very bad service at this cleaner. I have had my clothes since Wednesday and today, Saturday, I still haven't picked them up. I have come 4 times and two of them the store closed and I need someone who can help me for clothes for today because the number they have is out of service. I do not recommend this place at all

They have lost clothes for up to three weeks. My recent clothes were washed instead of dry cleaned. Enough is enough. Clothes often take three or four days to get back. My two shirts have lost their softness and have little fabric balls on them. They were even washed with something like towels.

Do NOT go here. I always read reviews but I didn't this day. I son was home from college for Thanksgiving and ii wanted to get his winter coat cleaned. I paid $300 for this coat and wanted it professionally cleaned.I should have know better when I dropped it off. The lobby is an absolute disaster. There are blankets and clothes everywhere. Their are customer receipts all over the dirty counter. There is stuff all behind the register so much so that the son (teen) that was working there had to step over multiple items.I went around 10 am on Saturday, the hours posted said they opened at 7. I called the number on my receipt and a man answered like it was his personal cell phone. I asked if he owned a dry cleaning business on Fry and he said yes. I asked if they were opening today because I need my item. He said that he would be open soon "in about 20 or 30 minutes).I finally go to pick up my item and it was utter confusion from there. I hand him my ticket, he (the son)goes in the back. I'm standing there for at least 10 minutes when a women comes out and askes me what my item is and what color it was. Again they leave and I wait another 10 minutes. Another lady came in and asked if "she" was here. I said yes they are looking for my item and she said "yeah they lost my stuff before". we continue our conversation for a bit and I asked her why she was even back as i told her i would never return. She said she liked the way they cleaned her sweaters. She got tired of waiting and left.The son finally brings the coat out and I'm worried so i start checking it to see if it was even my item. The lady comes out and askes if everything is ok and I tell her I'm concerned. She asks why while laughing it off.My item was not damaged but at this point I don't even know if it was cleaned. At least they managed to find my item and return it to me. Lesson learned.

I've used Magic Touch several times over the past year for suits, shirts, etc. I have felt that they've always gone above and beyond, but recently they became exceptional. I forgot to pick up my drop off before they closed, and needed my suit for a wedding, with a flight the next day at 630am - before their doors open. After reaching out Magic Touch coordinated to help me get my pick up after hours. Something not many businesses would do for their customers. Thank you Magic Touch for everything you continue to do.
