We had my 5 yr old nephew's bday party here and it was awesome! Beautiful park with huge jungle gyms for the kids, 2 miniature golf courses (free), a duck pond and plenty of space to run around and get wild! Can't wait to go back!!!

No Ducks! How can this country club of ducks be so xeno-segregist. Do the native ducks have a series of standard or bar for new comer ducks to seek entry? Why are dogs given a separate park while us bi-peds are allowed to share with ducks of upper class? Is it actually a mid-level dog park that has a "ducks, fish and bi-peds" reserve to appease the activist? We all know Dogs are at the top of the hierarchy, I just never thought that Ducks would have such a place that they are even specified over the highest order of avian class, The Emperor Penguin! The world we live in! I'm just glad I'm human and allowed to attend this establishment without too many restrictions and even supplied with the basic and adequate amenities. Will be back as soon as my Master Fluffy the Pomeranian demands of it.Playground: Perfect to keep the tiny hooman bi-peds out of duck's pond.Restrooms: Needlessly kept clean and stocked, why don't these animals learn to use the grass and a bag like the rest of the civilized four-legged societies of sophistication?Dog-friendliness: I saw Max here again today, he thinks he is so high and mighty with his intact reproductive parts and shock collar burn scar. We all know it's because he fell into his over sized salt-water house pond. Stop saying you were in Desert Storm, That German shepherd in your pictures clearly isn't you, the ears and tail shape is a dead give away! Furthermore, you have never even produced the papers you brag about all the time designating your pedigree. Just sniff my butt and find your own dead frog to carry about!Picnic area: What a great snack bar, the perfect amount of burnt weiners and always the smell of sticky sweet fly trap devices the bi-peds leave out to attract my favorite spicy flavor of SkyRasins!

Beautiful scenery. Great place to walk with your family. Small disc golf course that is enjoyable. Bring some old bread and a slingshot to feed the lake birds if you're bored. The fat ones will come up and keep you entertained.

Amazing park. Playground is so nice and big. There's a huge field to Play in. Putt putt golf and a lake for fishing. Absolutely the best park in Katy. Also there is a big off leash dog park right next to it.

This is a great park for the whole family. There is fishing, a dog park, exercise room, indoor pool, picnic space, and more. I can't wait for cooler weather to spend more time here.

Everyone at the aquatic desk are very nice. I would take the kids there to swim during the summer. The only thing I didn't really like is calling a day before to see if the family could get on the list to swim.

Awesome place for kids and adults. Lots to do and great to have a fun day outside. Only downside is when it's hot there are limited spaces for shade to cover your car, and they are always taken. If your visiting in the summer remote start your car prior to leaving so it can get cold before you get in.

Nice park with a great shade. There is a trail path surrounding the area big enough to spend some fitness time. Also, the fishing lake at the center boost more for relax.

Cute park..Has a waterway with birds, ducks and other animals like squirrels. Many jungle gyms to play and climb on. Has bathroom facilities but with those metal seats, gross...but other than that nice place to bring your kids to play.

My family and I love coming to Mary Jo Peckham Park. I see families bringing everyone for picnic time, parties, get togethers and lots of good family fun at the playground. We usually don't even make it to the pond with ducks, but we have enjoyed walking around. Although there are vultures, they usually hang out around the pond and NOT at the playground.I do appreciate the bathrooms, but also bring hand sanitizer if they run out of soap which happens from time to time. Once June and July hit, try going early in the morning as it is deserted by noon (way too hot for the summer months).Playground: Kid-friendly slides, webs, spinning type-apparatusRestrooms: Pretty clean for public park. Toilets and not latrines.Picnic area: Lots of benches and tables but will be limited during busy times.

Wonderful park. Walking trail, fishing, playground, miniature golf. Indoors there is a huge pool, weights, treadmills & stationary bikes. They also have workout classes- all this free for katy residents. Love, love, love this place! Next door is a dog park with agility stuff.

The sweetest park with a well stocked lake for fishing, lots of duck and geese, a large pavillion with grill, clean bathrooms, and a great playground with a music area and different types of swings and climbing structures. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
