Kevin was the gentleman that showed me around the show room back in August. I had settled on a particular mattress and since my house is almost ready for move-in, I went back to Kevin to purchase the mattress. Kevin is very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I have three more bedrooms that need mattresses once I move in. My daughter and son-in-law need a new mattress due to back aches from their current mattress….I will definitely send them Kevin’s way. Kevin spent over an hour with us showing us all of the different models. After we wrapped everything up I felt really great about my purchase. I would absolutely purchase from Kevin and Mattress Firm again!

I had an extremely bad experience when buying at Mattress Firm Springs Cypress branch, the attitude of that staff member was very bad even though he told me that he has 16 years of experience in selling mattresses. I never wanted to go back to Mattress Firm but I still came back as a last chance, and I chose the Mattress Firm Park West Center branch. I met staff Rohan, he is a super great salesman. He serves wholeheartedly, professionally and politely. 5 stars for Rohan !!

Kevin Singh is the best salesman that I have ever met. He supported me from selecting the mattress and the base until they are delivered to my doorstep. I had multiple exchanges due to the defective items and he never shows any difficulties or neglecting even after I purchased. He always very patient and supportive days and late evenings or even on his days off. I never met him in person but always thru phone calls and text messages but he is always there to make sure taking care of my needs. We wish to have many salesperson who have a genuine and passionate character like him. When you go to mattress firm, Kevin is the person you should ask for. He is the best of the best!!! Thank you again Kevin Singh for all your great work! If I have an option to give him 10 stars, I would.

We had originally planned on shopping at least one additional competitor, but Kevin made our experience so pleasant and effortless that we didn’t want to go anywhere else, and ended up buying a mattress on the spot!
