HORRIBLE experience EVER. We went to the store paid for 3 full beds, and one king bed with everything included. We have been sleeping at a hotel so our kids wouldn't sleep on the floor at our new home. We waited for the beds for a week and 10 minutes before delivery they called to say that my kids beds wouldn't be delivered today because they made a mistake. I have paid in full. I did not even finance the purchased. The sell rep called me to tell me oops we can't do anything

I thought this place was going to be really nice based on their excellent reviews but it turns out you get an incentive to write them a 5 star review (the sign is right there, by the cashier's desk). I made a mistake and purchased a mattress from here that turned out to be made in China and is available at a different seller for a fraction of the cost. When I tried to exchange it they had a $200 restocking fee. I suggest you stay away from this place

Went in about a few weeks ago looking for a mattress with my significant other we found something we both liked and decided to sit down with the sales person and see our financing options. I was approved for a very small amount even though I have good credit and have already gone to other competitors like mattress firm and got approved for much more. Decided not to purchase the mattress and left. Now fast-wording today I have a NEW CREDIT CARD that came in From “synchrony home†with MATTRESS FOR LESS ON THE BOTTOM OF IT ! I never bought anything from here and I just got my credit checked for a balance that they would approve me for and that's it . I Didn't sign up for a new credit card ! I will be making a dispute with for this being account being opened without my knowledge. I will also be reporting this company and making a police report. Please anyone runaway from this failing/ closing down business!!!

Great experience found the bedroom and mattress set that we were looking for. Bob provided us with great service and took the time to explain our options. Prices were competitive to other similiar stores. Would definitely shop here again.

Wow I had a great experience at this place!! The salesman Dustin took his time and ask me what I was looking for and he didn't just tell me anything! He was very concerned about my needs, and also making sure I was a happy customer! Yes I would go back for future purchases!!

Dustin assisted us. I was looking for back relief and expected the “salesman†to stead me to all the most expensive stuff. Dustin took me straight to the mattresses that worked for my issues regardless of the price. He was more concerned with my comfort than the price of the mattress. The store itself had more mattresses to try out than I've ever seen in a store. Highly recommend them for selection and Dustin for his service.
