Most horrible people to deal with. We book the hall from 2pm to 8pm, immediately when is 8pm turn off music and start cleaning. There is evidence when we started and when we clean the hall. Mind you before we started the part at 2pm the hall chairs and table was not arranged as we agreed on. Took us almost 1:30 to get it all fix and arranged cus they won’t open the door for us in morning to arrange they said until 2pm. Party is over at 8pm we clean and left by 9pm. The manager insisted they have to do there own investigation befor thy refund is 700 dollars, 2 weeks after they said they can’t refund that we did not clean properly. Horrible experience with the team and management.

⭐ Be Careful Before Booking This Hall!
This is my second time renting this hall for my kids’ birthday. The first time, they kept $200 from my deposit for “cleaning” because there was some glitter on the floor. I let it go and didn’t make a big deal about it.
Fast forward to this year — they decided to keep my entire $700 deposit, claiming the place “wasn’t clean,” based on the pictures they sent me (see below). I understand reasonable cleaning fees, but keeping the entire deposit is excessive and unfair.
If you’re planning an event here, be prepared to leave the place spotless — practically cleaner than you found it — or risk losing your deposit.
I’ll definitely rent elsewhere next time. There are other venues that are much more reasonable and honest about post-event cleaning expectations.
Beware: they rarely refund deposits in full!

The Management attitude at this location is horrible ,poor hospitality. They refused to refund the $700 deposit , they stated clean up wasn't completed. If event space was not cleaned to their satisfaction, I can understand you taking out maximum of $300 to hire professional cleaners to clean the space, but keeping the whole deposit is Greediness on their part.It was a spacious hall space but 3/10 wouldn’t really recommend if you want a space that will accommodate your event past 8pm. They rudely evicted my guest out of the space. Mind you it was reserved for a 1year old birthday party. I attached photos they sent to us of how unclean the hall was left. Ridiculousness

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t use this event center. This worst management and security ever.!!! Toni is very unprofessional. Me and Aunt had a beyond beautiful party this past weekend. Today I receive a call that we can’t receive the $700 deposit back. When I ask why ? the manager stated : we had too many people there ! she say oh the floor was sticky! My party is at 11 o’clock. My family mopped the floor cleaned and cleaned the dumpster area. Everything we could to make sure this place was extra spotless not mind you. This is not our first event at the event center. But every time we have an event, the deposit is never returned at this part. I think it’s a scam Just to keep the deposit. The officer Morris was never seen throughout the night As we paid additional $600 for him, we were never made aware of too many people being in the. We only invited 90 guests, but she said we had over 175 which is not true . Yes, this is a beautiful place but the service is the worst. All the management do is sit in the office all day and watch the cameras. Complain and yell if anyonr asked them for help . Also several of quest that attending shared me that when asking the manager a question she talked to with the worst attitude even using profanity. She also stated we was working her too much? I thought that was with a manager a hosting a venue. I will continue to seek legal actions against this place because Were treated wrongly and explained about why we would not receive our money back . Not only that this place have no running water in the kitchen Ice and ice machine taste like sewage, water and toilets were backing up. I will also be contacting HOA. This have ruined my birthday please people go somewhere else.

We had our small wedding in January and it was smoother & better than we could have ever expected. 50 people, 1 security cop, 2pm-8pm (12pm-2pm setup, 8pm-9pm breakdown) & table n chair cover rentals.
From the beginning, Toni was very welcoming & informative. I was so grateful for that because we had sooo much to handle already. She was always clear about deadlines, rules and payment details. She even assisted us in figuring out a table arrangement that better suited our vision! I would highly recommend this venue for the price and how accommodating Toni was through the whole process.
I think the bad reviews were always situational because absolutely nothing went wrong during our event time or planning. The guidelines and expectations were always rational and clear. The kitchen was such a huge help along with its many appliances. The ice tasted like ice - by the way - and the toilets worked like any other. Our favorite surprise is the chandeliers that dim ✨ added a lot of charm. The table and chair covers came in handy and everything looked just as we envisioned. 11/10 would recommend. Thank you so much Toni 🤠

Management was horrible , poor hospitality. Charged us $500 for a small lounge room and couldn’t buy more time for baby shower when we asked, she told us “ no we got to get yall up out of here” , we felt rushed through the whole process especially towards the end when we we’re cleaning up. It was a beautiful hall space but 5/10 wouldn’t really recommend if you want good hospitality.
