Tenía mis dudas por la puntuación y los comentarios que tenia la clínica pero por ser la más cerca a mi domicilio la visite y me alegro de haberlo hecho porque desde la recepcionista ,la enfermera y el doctor fueron muy amables y receptivos a pesar de no hablar español hicieron lo posible por entendernos y brindarme la atención que necesitaba

Took our daughter in at 11:30 on 7/28/24 for suspected strep. We walked in and there was only one other patient waiting. We strode there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to check us in or even acknowledge we were there. Employees were walking around, chatting and on their phones and TOTALLY ignored us. Absolutely unacceptable. We DO. OT recommended this place at all.

The girl that worked at the front (black skin, long braids) was outstandingly rude and giving me the wrong info while doing so. Luckily a kind woman came out from the back to help. That girl at the front desk does not deserve that job and is disrespectful for no reason. Annoyed to do her own job

Terrible customer service, it is absurd that a place like that exists, the brunettes who are racist towards Hispanics and the Hispanic women who work there with taco faces dare to say that they do not understand Spanish, but when you say a comment about them, they understand perfectly, a place that no one should visit.

Scheduled an appointment online. Arrive to appointment on time to be told they don’t accept our insurance(which you have to input when you schedule an appointment online) then was told the cost for a sports physical was $190. Then moments later we were told it’s $45. We have been waiting two hours so far and a doctor hasn’t come in yet. When I ask the front desk about it I’m told the patients were in front of her( I watched 4 out of 5 patients come in after us and leave before us)
Mind you we used the same location for the same sports physical, for the same student athlete, with the same insurance last year without any issues.

MedExpress has been my go to clinic since they opened here. They are here when my primary care is not. The doctor who is usually there, Dr. Ali is excellent. I give this clinic 5+ for helping me.

The provider, Imran, was very kind and helpful. X-ray tech was also really great, and very particular about getting good images.
