Mrs. Daley with the Katy 99 branch was the most helpful and genuine bank employee I’ve ever dealt with. She went so far above and beyond to assist in so many ways with my accounts during the most difficult time I’ve ever had to go through. Thank you ma’m so very much.

She was very deliberate in her explanation of the finance process and offered excellent insight on the path that was best suited to meet my financial needs. Celina at the Katy location gave me wonderful customer service. She also educated me on different programs that MCCU can offer. I highly suggest using this bank.

The workers at this location are nice and professional but the bank system isn’t worth it because this isn’t a bank that’s really safe to bank with. They provide no support for their members, I filed a claim and provided all supporting documents and they still denied the claim, this bank will not protect your money.

MCCU is a great bank offering lots of products home loans, car loan, mortgage loans, CDs and more. Plus their representatives are always willing to help you. If you stop by ask for Cheryl, great customer service.
