Billing practices at this pharmacy are ethically wrong for people walking through infertility . It is unfortunate the amount of time that I took dealing with this pharmacy, that didn’t even pay off in the end. I say that because we were over charged for medications that don’t actually run for that rate and the only excuse I got for the over charge was “every pharmacy charges a different rate”. Rates differ from a couple hundred dollars, not at astronomical levels. Disgusting. We shouldn’t be profiting off of peoples medical diagnoses and pain. Do not use this crook pharmacy.

Our experience with this MH Pharmacy has been regrettable and revolting . My husband and I are in the midst of a mini IVF cycle and used this pharmacy according to our insurance. This pharmacy maxed out our insurance benefits for our medication and charged $4170 for mini dosages of menopur when the current local rate for this medication per vial is $85.98 . Other asinine charges they rung up were $600 for Ganrelix, and $132 for overdrill. The amount of medication was for a mini IVF cycle and the dosages are no where near that cost at the local rate. The total cost for a full cycle of IVF medication runs for about $5k per cycle ; this corrupt pharmacy charged our insurance the amount of a full IVF cycle as to opposed for a mini IVF cycle and now, my husband and I are having to pay out of pocket for our maxed out benefits that shouldn’t have been maxed out to begin with. We will be filing a complaint against this pharmacy for their lack of professionalism, their ethics, and their shady process of billing for meds. The painful experience of infertility is so awful, and having a pharmacy that billed beyond the limit they ethically should be because of their greedy system, is just out right morally wrong. MH pharmacy, you’ve got to do better. It is disgusting and repulsive the way you have taken advantage of so many people and are profiting off their pain. Do NOT use this degenerate pharmacy, stay away.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Whitney in the billing department was especially helpful. Delivery is always convenient.

The Best!!!
They call every month to get my refills to me. Can't beat the delivery. I've dealt with another specialty pharmacy in the past (with 3 letters) and had nothing but problems. Keep up the good work!

Got discharged last week with a pic line and antibiotics delivery went fine. Went back to er yesterday worsening of symptoms. Got discharged from memorial Hermann er and the nurse practitioner spoke to memorial Hermann specialty pharmacy who assured the medications this morning meaning I will only miss one dose. I have called all day pharmacy had so many excuses from its still in transit, wrong medication was delivered to we are still mixing it. It's 745pm I've missed 3 doses and they promised the er only one dose would be missed. Im beyond unsatisfied. I have severe pneumonia and a pic line. I should have used deliverit pharmacy or Southside where I know I would not have had any issues.
