Well after one year of being in this facility my review has had to change. The staff is still super friendly and helpful but the facility itself has major issues. Thieves keep breaking down the back wall to the property and breaking into units. I have powder mildew over all my stored items due to the air conditioning units not keeping it cool and dry enough to prevent. Been using climate controlled storage for 30 years and have NEVER had this issue. Lastly, they have raised my storage fees twice over the last year to an additional $100+ /month. I am moving out because of these issue.

This place has been pretty good so far. Renting a storage unit was a breeze because both Wren and Tyana are very nice and helpful. I’ve rented two storage units. I’ve read some negative reviews about the price increases, but hopefully, our rate stays stable.

This climate controlled storage facility is great! It is very clean and very well maintained. I have been using them for 6 months and haven't seen as much as an insect.
Wren and Tyana are wonderful representatives for SmartStop. They are very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in determining your storage needs. My storage needs recently changed and downsized. Wren had me in a smaller unit that day and Tyana provided assistance when I switched units a few days later. I highly recommend this SmartStop storage facility!
