I went in yesterday to get the advertised deal on a free iPhone 11. The girl at the counter said it the activation fees, plan, and taxes would be $200+. Certain stores will try to run that scam, and this is one of them. I drove to another store a few miles away, and for the same phone, the fees were only $100.

Mario! Your customer service is impeccable.I went in the store a bit aggravated, due to phone service issues I was experiencing on a brand new phone. Mario quickly new the solution & calmed me down immediately. Turns out I'm "Old" and didn't know I had to do a system update. Mario explained the importance of updates, and ensured my phone was working properly before I left the store.Thank you Mario!

Mario helped me out so much. I have a Samsung Galaxy s21 and it was not letting me call anyone, but everything else was working. He reset my settings, reset it the phone app settings, took out the SIM card multiple times, he did everything he could think of to help me. He tried he last solution and I left happy successfully being able to call others again. Thank again so much Mario!
