Luis stole my money and never pay my phone bill on Saturday 10/14/2023 he keep my money and I when today 10/17/2023 @5:30 and they told me k was late for my payment and I have to pay 20 more ? Y’all need to get him out of metro

Luis and his assistant was very nice and helpful he is very knowledgeable and I have bought two Motorola phones from him and he is a man of his words I will recommend everyone to buy phones over there and you will not be disappointed

Don't go to this location. The manager is a liar. He told me I had 14 days to return or exchange phone if I didn't like it. I got a discount so I guess they consider that an upgrade. Upgrades aren't eligible for returns. If I knew that I would not have purchased the phone. I told him he told me I could return it but he said I'm the manager I wouldn't do that. I said but you did

DON’T COME HERE!!!! they sell refurbished phones and charge like new. I had to bring in my apple iphone 6plus that I payed $400 for and within 3 months it was overheating I lost all my memories of my newborn son and come to find out at the apple store it’s refurbished and sold like new I was never aware, apple gave me a new phone but I was devastated because I lost everything because the phone just went on the fritz from one day to the next. I would give these thieves a 0 if I could but the best I can do is avoid anybody fall victim to these crooks. Shameful!!!!?
