I have been a customer of Aerocav Houston (formerly Mi Carga Houston) for 8 years. When Mi Carga Houston partnered with Aerocav I was afraid that the quality of the service would deteriorate and therefore I should start looking for another reliable shipping company, but to date this has not been the case (January 2024). I think the reason is because the same administration has been maintained.I highly recommend Aerocav Houston for the excellent service offered by its staff, both in the offices in Katy and Caracas, and in customer service (by phone and email). At all times they have been very polite, kind and responsible. Always willing to help. They have always responded to my questions courteously and immediately. They have made the entire process easy; from providing air/sea cost estimates by phone, scheduling the pick up service sometimes at the last minute and outside of business hours so that I can leave that same week, in addition to taking home the material I need to prepare the shipments and even informing me immediately of the status of the shipment when I have requested it. According to my recipients in Caracas, the warehouse and delivery staff have also always been very professional and courteous. Highlights include Marcos Gomez, Pierina, Luis, Marcos, Valeria, Daismar, Sr. Angel.With the Aerocav Houston service I have had peace of mind and confidence that my shipments will arrive complete and on time or depending on the season, sometimes sooner (3 weeks). In more than 250 boxes that I have sent with them in 8 years, only once did I lack content in a box, at the end of August 2020. On that occasion they took out supplies for $151, I entered the claim with invoices, photos and the total amount went away. reinstated on November 9, 2020.On another occasion, August 2023, customs in Venezuela opened a box from below but the contents arrived intact. This occurred when in Venezuela, amidst confusing information, an attempt was made to resume the application of customs taxes on personal shipments and the new rates began. Thank you Aerocav Houston!

We made a couple of shipments through this means, very responsible and the boxes arrived sooner than expected, but... The cost doubled a lot and unfortunately we will no longer be able to make more shipments, since we are a non-profit foundation and what we sent was food for the La Sabanita community in Churunguara, it is a small community with many needs, but thank you very much for your service.
