TOP of the LINE SERVICE!!! I cannot say enough THANK YOUS to the guys at Midas in Cinco Ranch...1st, I came in the morning, greeted with a friendly hello. 2nd, I spoke with Jose and he immediately knew who I was (because my husband spoke with him beforehand) and I didn't have to explain much. After doing a diagnostic on my car, he explained to me what was going on. I had no idea what exactly he was talking about, Jose was patient and explained everything to my husband and I...They truly did great service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Go check them out. Definitely will be back!

They were amazing!! Oil change was fast enough. All super professional, especially appreciated Jose in the front, he was constantly communicating updates, and even explained why they were a little behind. Drinks were available and waiting area was clean and comfortable. Would recommend and come back again. Found coupon on Groupon and will buy it again!

I usually bring my car here for oil change and I'm not sure what's going on as of late but you guys might want to update your website. I'm told there are no appointments available for the next day and a half but the website says otherwise. Is it not connected to your scheduling system? The last time I scheduled an appointment it apparently wasn't received which is why I didn't this time.

Do not let this shop touch your car!!! I brought my 2006 jaguar s type to them to diagnose and repair front end problems. The steering felt strange and there was banging noise under the front of the car when driving over bumps. Two other shops declined working on this particular vehicle but Midas claimed they were qualified to do the work. They did tell me parts might be difficult to find but they would look around to ensure they have everything needed to do the repairs. They diagnosed the upper and lower control arms required replacement. After a few days they said they had the parts, so I brought the car back to them to do the work. While they did the work, they claimed the front brakes also needed replacement, so I agreed. When they "completed" the work, they returned the car to me. I immediately noticed the check engine light and ABS warning lights were now on. I questioned the mechanic and he said the lights would shut off after 1 day. While driving home, the steering problem was better, but I noticed the banging noise under the car is still there. The next day, I brought the car back to them. The fault lights were still on. I was upset that they returned the car to me and apparently did not quality check the work. Then, they said the struts required replacement, which I then paid them to repair. When they returned the car to me again, I noticed the AC blower was working but blowing hot air through the wrong vents. The AC was working fine when I brought the car to them. I refused to take the car. Once again, they looked at the problem and eventually got the AC to blow cold air through the vents but the AC reading was now reading in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. I demanded they reset it back to Fahrenheit. There is a F/C button on the dash that no longer worked. Days later they could not reset it. I complained they did something when initializing the battery that may have caused the climate control module to fail! I picked up my car, telling them I would find another mechanic to resolve the problem and that I intend to present them with the repair bill. The local Jaguar dealership told me they would charge $800 just to diagnose the problem. At this point, the AC problem remains unresolved, and I am looking for a knowledgeable mechanic. I am disappointed that these mechanics would not make this right.

There is some heartless people that work here I was stranded in front of their shop with a flat tire, which I had an extra tire and wheel already good to go. All they had to do was slap a tire on, which would’ve took three minutes I would’ve did it myself I did not have any tools. I was from out of town and they told me sorry can’t help you. You have to wait two hours which I was trying to get back home to Dallas, these are some very heartless people and God will deal with you one day and a similar

Jeff Thompson was very professional with me. He got me scheduled on the same day and got me taken care of in a quick and courteous manner. The technicians there also did a great job as well. I would recommend to anyone for their automotive needs.

Went in for only an oil change and told them I didn't need any estimates for anything else. I think that pissed whoever off but now my cars alignment is messed up 24 hrs after. My mechanic says someone messed with it.

Troy took care of me last month on a last minute oil change and they were fast despite the fact that they were busy that day. Today I came in for the same thing and same welcoming and professionalism that treatment. Strongly recommend this location.
