Saturday morning I woke up with a nasty eyelid infection and my lids were swollen and red. I went to CVS as they take walk-ins is what I read. The Dr signed me in and set up an appt in 2 hours, so I came back. She was able to give me antibiotics and assured me it was just an eye infection. 3 days later the eye is almost fully healed. I was grateful to get quick treatment without waiting for Monday to see a doctor. I was pleased with the visit and convenience. The Dr was wonderful also. They are a great option.

I was allowed to signed up on the kiosk at 5 pm to see a nurse practitioner and left at 7:05 pm. I was informed via text that it will be a 90 minute wait. I had no problem with the time because I need treatment for a sinus infection. The practitioner came out after 90 minutes to inform me I can’t be seen because of other appointments. I come back the following day to ask a question about a scheduled appointment and the nurse practitioner informed me that’s she was on her lunch break and she not willing to answer questions. Both ladies showed me no empathy. Tge to e in their voice was not professional at all. When asked a name I was told to call the number on the board. I’m been coming to this location for 20 years and NEVER had the level of customer service from nurse practitioners until this time. These people could care less about providing care. They are only there to collect a pay check. The WORST CVS clinic in Katy. The hours clearly says open until 7:30 pm. Why let a sick patient wait in the lobby for 2 hours without treating the patient. NO Empathy! Think twice before coming here. The Compaint line is a joke! Don’t waste your time. The nurse practitioner that work here need to be FIRED. They are in the wrong business to not show empathy.

Scam.
Cvs vaccines cost $0. When the cvs near by didn’t have varicella vaccine I went to this one. Now im being billed $454.69. They should tell patients their insurance isn’t covering the same vaccine they could have gotten 2 steps away in the pharmacy.

I made an appointment for today at 4. I showed up early at 3:50 PM to check in. I waited for over an hour and there was absolutely no one. I asked one of the people that works in the pharmacy and he knocked on all the doors to no response. Finally, I walked over to the pharmacy and the pharmacist told me that no provider had shown up for today. I’m sick and not feeling well. This was absolutely ridiculous.

The cost for the TB skin test results is what I expected. Once you pay for the test you then have to pay for the reading which is ridiculous. I paid 39.00 for the doctor to look at my arm and send me out. The initial test cost 35.00. I would not recommend anyone to cvs minute clinic for any testing.

Customer service is very poor. They don't pick their calls or call back. So sad

Went in for covid test without knowing I will be charge $120 with insurance. I thought the clinic was part of the pharmacy , but it wasn't. It was cheaper to get a test kit than the service. I will never come to the minutes clinic anymore.

Not impressed at all. Asked pharmacy if they could perform flu test? They referred us over to their Minute Clinic. This was at 1:15. Walk over and see sign saying at lunch 1:00 - 1:30. Scanned QR code to check in and waited for 1:30. Someone finally opened the door at 1:50 to call in the next appointment. I managed to get the woman's attention before she closed the door. I told her what the pharmacy said and asked if she could perform a flu test. Her response was, "I have no openings for today." Never answered our question and closed the door. Female ?

The blonde with blue eye with an heavy accent provider at the minuteclinic was belittling and yelling at customers. I witnessed her yell at a young female in scrubs. So unprofessional. There’s no reason to yell at customers! The customer never once raised her volume. She refused to provide her name when the customer asked. I took my son to different clinic. It’s not okay to not provide customers with disrespect. Even the cvs staff were appalled by her actions.

Waste of time and money, not helpful in anyway and ended up in more pain and zero support or compassion.
