I wish I could give no stars. Staff doesn't know what they are doing, never have prescription ready, and beyond rude. I wish I could have recorded how insensitive the woman at the window was. Was so relieved to see all the other negative reviews, to know that it wasn't me, but also horrified that this location does this to so many and upper management don't seem to care. Shame on you CVS!

The pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. They tried to charge me for a medication that is covered by my insurance. Then they tried to give my baby 3x the amount than what's prescribed. This could have been extremely dangerous. Never going back to this pharmacy! Don't waste your time or risk your health.

This location doesn't care about you or your time. They are happy to schedule vaccines for shots. They don't have in stock. When you call to confirm, they never answer the phone. Repeated dialing, continuous redials, including over the course of 30 minutes, and not one answer. Don't waste your time with CVS, especially at this location. A one star rating is too high.

This pharmacy pisses me off to no end. You can be the first in line - it doesn't matter - you'll end up waiting 45min after you've already paid for them to get their shit together to actually hand you your RX. Do better.

This may be one of the worse CVS' stores on the planet. I'm not sure when it happened, this is a good store but the pharmacy is intolerable. Whether you walk in or drive through you will experience waits of 30-45 minutes.

Horrible. Had to wait in the drive thru pharmacy line for about 45 minutes today. This location has two lanes, but the tube that delivers things to the outer lane has been broken for months. CVS corporate - this location needs serious attention.

The customer service associates are very sweet and helpful. However the pharmacy staff leaves much MUCH to be desired. Like to the point that I'd like to report them for withholding medication with how comfortable they are not doing their jobs.

This pharmacy once gave us amoxicillin that was still a powdered form and not mixed up. Thank goodness we were not to give the kids the powder. Every other time they are "backed up" or out of whatever prescriptions we have sent there. Always a frustrating, multi-trip experience.

A rude cashier around 3:30. (2/8/21). Picking up my mom's medication( normally six) She brought back just one. I asked her if it was just one. She lifted the bag to my face and did not not respond. I told her I believed there should be more but she ignored me. Really terrible service. Management needs to observe her interaction with people. She can surely use some coaching.

Terrible CVS Pharmacy!!!!! I got my wisdom teeth removed and it took them 2 1/2 hours just for some ibuprofen. What a joke. Don't go to this location

Been coming here for 5 years! Spent thousands of dollars in this establishment. I came to fill my wives prescription 1 day after her surgery. Was told by a rude pharmacist that they don't have the medicine and if they had to order it would take a week. I asked the lady to please check another store. She was very rude and disrespectful telling me that they were not allowed to call other stores to check medication. This experience was unjust and down right hateful. I will never spend a dime in this store again even thought it is 1 block from my house.

Two stars is only because the front store staff is always friendly and welcoming. The pharmacy staff is not friendly, the shelves seems to almost always be out of day to day medications like children's Motrin and are messy. I get it pharmacies are busy places, but they never seem to try and improve there line or phone wait times. I continue to shop here as it's convenient but the pharmacy service is definitely lacking.
