Good place to workout with the kids. Not a lot of people and not overcrowded. Extremely clean and organized. I'll definitely sign up for a membership

Love the Silver Sneakers Programs! The water exercise instructor, Kenyatta B. is WONDERFUL!!!! I'm a Snowbird from Chicago! But I make it my business to keep active while in Houston at the Monty Ballard YMCA!

Very clean and staff if great! Great place to send the kids for sports camps, like basketball, volleyball, even karate!
Workout rooms are clean and well maintained. They even have some private changing rooms with showers if you prefer... and they are very clean. Ample parking and it is a safe area.
