I arranged with Ulises to buy Firestone Destination 225/65/r17 tires. I arrived, and they removed the wheels and old tires and started installing the new ones. That’s when I noticed they were putting on Dunlop Grandtrek 225/65/r17 tires instead of Firestone. Moreover, one tire turned out to be from a different year than the others. What was I supposed to do? The car was without wheels, I was in a rush, the tires were already removed, the new ones were being installed.....
They used the common trick of installing different tires from those agreed upon when the wheels are disassembled.
Before you bring your car to their garage, always check if the tires you're buying are exist at all, and don’t trust anyone.
However I must admit: the balancing, alignment job was good and there is no any complaints about it.

What's the point of all this? We both understand how this scheme works.
We agreed yesterday about the Firestone tires. In the morning, I asked you for the address—you didn't tell me that the tires weren't available. I spent an hour on the road.
When we met, you didn't tell me that the Firestone tires weren't there. The car was taken into the garage, the wheels were removed, the old tires were taken off, the balance was messed up, and Dunlop tires were put on without informing me. I noticed myself that you were installing different tires and asked about it. What was I supposed to do next? Where is the guarantee that after the conflict, you would have properly reinstalled the old tires and restored the balance that you messed up? For sure I checked the year at least because again, what should I do in this situation? Call the police? Should I conflict you and tell you: remove the Dunlop tires and re-install my old tires? Who will pay for that? For re-balancing? You and I know this scheme.
This isn't how it should be.
You shouldn't deceive the customer, and the customer shouldn't have to check that you're installing different tires without their knowledge. This is a matter of trust.
You did the work: balancing, alignment, installing and it's fine and I paid you the full amount, not a penny less. Fair job - fair payment.
But you fooled me and installed different tires without any notice —that's deception and a matter of trust. That's why I'm leaving this review because trust is the most important thing.
I have saved all the screenshots of our conversation regarding your advertisement about the Firestone tires, and there's not a word from you that the tires weren't available. If anyone's interested, I'd be happy to provide them.

We were told that a deposit would hold a truck for our company, tried to pay the deposit, but the salesman said there was no need and that they would hold it and we could go ahead and pay for the inspection we wanted. We paid for and scheduled an inspection, but then they sold the truck from under us.
