Wait time was just that waiting. Front desk did not inform or apologize for the delay. Once I went to the front desk the receptionist then addressed the tardiness of my appt. She further explained it was the end of the year and that was the cause of the delay. When I finally made it to the back the optician and the Dr greeted me with an apology for the tardiness. Dr and optician were awesome!

Mr Shemar was very kind and efficient, Dr Lan Tran was very professional, kind and helpfull. Ms Valerie was great, patient and super helpful with all my questions. Great yearly visit for sure. The ppl here make ppl enjoy the visit. RECOMMEND

Katy(off Fry Rd). Great/friendly service and honest opinion about what they offer. Dr. Tran and staff (Kim and Val) are top notch. They explained all the features and make you feel confident and comfortable picking your options for your glasses. I definitely recommend this location!!

Terrible experience. Ordered my glasses on October 25th but was finally able to pick up only on December 13th. No phone call, no text, no email and no apology why it took almost 2 months to get a simple prescription of glasses. Ben, the salesperson was awful. All that mothers to him was trying to sell upsell with irrelevant, unnecessary options. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Emily the general manager was also No help.Avoid that place if you can

The customer service skill and time management of the staff at this location is zero, specially the one who answers the call and I believe she is the lady setting at the left corner a bit stylish, she is is rude to people. Don’t want to go for the next visit here.
