Had a disappointing experience at this store. I came in to purchase new eyewear ,the lady at the front desk was courteous and promptly took my insurance details, but after that, the service completely fell short. I was referred to another representative to finalize pricing for the frame I had already chosen, but ended up waiting more than 40 minutes while the rep stood idle behind another customer who was looking at all the frames and showed no interest in helping me. They should at least be courteous enough to give customers an ETA or communicate the delay.
This is the second time I’ve faced a similar situation here. the customer service is consistently poor
and the staff clearly don’t value customers’ time or business. Definitely not coming back.

The team at this branch of MyEyeDr is truly excellent! The technician is great and Dr. Jessica is thorough and patient. The general manager, Stephen, always provides top notch customer service and even bailed me out of a serious jam by working some *major* magic getting a pair of broken frames serviceable again! I’ve gotten great deals on prescription glasses and sunglasses, so I appreciate that the value matches the service. Highly recommend this group!

I had a wonderful experience at MyEyeDr. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They really took their time explaining everything thoroughly, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.
Dr. E was fantastic—professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease during the exam. One of the best parts? No air puff test! If you’ve ever dreaded that part of an eye exam, you’ll love that they use a much more comfortable alternative here.
I highly recommend MyEyeDr. if you’re looking for great service, knowledgeable staff, and a comfortable, no-pressure experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have been told with multiple other optometrists that I was not a good candidate for contacts so I was thrilled when the doctor said he was not in agreement with that. He listened to my concerns and helped me to realize I could wear contacts!! Also, Shawn is great! He’s so kind and really took time with me to train me with my new contacts. I really appreciate everyone at MyEye Dr at this location for all they did to help me on my journey of being a new contact wearer at 49 yrs old!!

I have been going to this eye clinic for the last 5 years and I have had the best experience. Dr. Jessica Vien, Stephen, Shawn and the entire staff are absolute rockstars .
