The people here are nice. However, I have never had shellac peel off completely from my nails 3 days after getting a manicure. It seems to be a recurring issue at this salon after reading other reviews, so buyer beware....I won't be back!

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Nails of America in Katy. I went in for a shellac manicure, expecting it to last at least two weeks as it normally should, but it started peeling off in less than a week! I take good care of my nails, so this was clearly a quality issue. For the price I paid, I expected better durability and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

My first time here was good. No complaints. However my second time was a different story. The techs rushed me to pick a color. Never offered me any water. Put a towel over my lap that dusted my shirt in nail debris. The worst part is I got shellac on my hands and feet and not even 3 days later they all peeled off. I’ll be going back to the shop across the street from now onz

very nice, they always do a good job no matter which technician you get. The technicians have been there for years. I’ve been going for five years and they’ve all been there since I started. They are very friendly and do a great job.

what i love about vietnamese businesses is that they will treat you like family. and that they sure will here. between the endless compliments from the fun aunties and the wonderful vietnamese snacks, they are very good at what they do. my fingers and toes were done meticulously.

Love the staff here! First thing that stood out to me is the friendly customer service. You are greeted with a warm smile. The service is superb. They really pay attention to you and your needs and solve them. I came in with issues from previous nail salons and my tech John, is an expert and my pedicures does the best foot massages!!! My outcome is top notch every time and I get lots of compliments. My third visit and I’m looking forward to the next one. Thanks you guys for making me feel so welcomed and appreciated 🤍🏆🏆
