Horrible people. They laughed in my face and talked about my in their language when I asked if they could file my real nail with a regular nail file. They don’t like when people have a preference. They want to do what they want to do to your nails because it’s always a rush. I have done a lot of business with this shop and have tipped them really well. They lost a loyal customer. They were so disrespectful and they energy was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this nail shop. Not good people.

Horrible experience at this nail shop shared my thoughts on how unhappy I was with how my set turned out. The owner/manager didn’t even attempt to turn my experience around or offer to fix them. All she was concerned was to collect her money and cared less about fixing the nails. Paid as a courtesy but by far disappointing, had to go to Violet Nails for them to fix them. Not only did they fix the hideous work this shop did but they ensured before leaving the chair that my experience turned around completely.

I had just got my toes done on Thursday today is Saturday and I already have my some of my toe paint off paid $72 I do not recommend and only had 2 employees working there when I went they also cut me several times

Terrible experience. I got French tips and after 2 days the tips were already chipping off. I called and asked if they would fix them for me and they said to go in. I went in after work at 6pm and the salon door is locked even though they told me they are open until 7pm. A lady walked out and I asked her if they were closing early and I was told to return after work to get my nails fixed and she just said come back tomorrow. Never going back to this place.

They dont care if you have a preference or sensitive skin. They will do it their way and still charge you an arm and a leg. I specifically asked for no acetone and no ripping my nails off during gel removal since my old nail lady does it all with just the drill. The technician did not listen and proceeded to soak my hands and acetone and pulling the nails off with cuticle scissors. The technician didn't even know what she was doing and I left the shop with bubbles and bumps on my nail. She was literally watching movies while doing my nails and did not apply the steps properly. The builders gel was gloppy and was done improperly. She also left gel polish under my nails on my skin. Would not recommend. I paid double of what my usual nail tech charges me but got half of the quality.

I tried this salon from Groupon. Im pleased with my Gel-x nails. The color is beautiful. My pedicure was nice but it was a little half assed. She didn't give a massage and she just barely rubbed lotion on the front of my leg. I will still go back and try it again because the ladies were nice. I'll just specifically ask for the massage since it's seemingly not included.

I was loooking for a nail salon near my house and I ran across this one and I'm so happy that I did because so far it has been the best decision made for me. My nails are absolutely amazing and Amy does a great job. Me and my husband recently went there for our anniversary to get our nails and toes done together and it was a 10 out of 10 great job ladies.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I paid extra for shellac on my hands and feet and they were trying to put regular nail polish and put my nails under the UV light like I was stupid. I got home and nail "Shellac" peeled from my toes and nails from my hands. Mimi was so rude and acted like I got service for free when I paid a pretty penny to get them done. When I went back to let them know Mimi was rude again and they tried to do the nail polish trick again and when I let them know that I paid extra for shellac she was bothered. Never going back.

I loved my nails! I had miss Amy do my nails today and ugh I LOVE THEM! Such attention to detail. She kept asking if everything was the way I like it in every step and I love when someone does that.

I am so thankful for THIS SALON!!!!!!! I moved from Arkansas and it’s so many salons to pick from BUT GOD sent me to Kristine Salon!!! They are so nice they listen to your needs AND PROVIDE superior customer service!!!! Thank you Amy for the BEST PEDICURE yesterday! I want one every week!!! I will never go to another salon! Thank YOU EVERYONE at KRISTINE SALON! Love Ros!!!
