This review is not about the quality of their products, it is simply about their lack of giving basic information about their products to the customers of the landscaping companies.
I have a specific color of red flowering black diamond crape myrtles in my yard and I wanted to ensure the color that my landscaper would be buying was the correct color. So, I called them to ask the question, and they refused to tell me what color red they carried. I explained that my landscaper had been out there and sent me a picture of the tag and I explained to them why I was asking and the lady again refused and said they could only give that information to my landscaper. Are you freaking kidding me! If there were other options of places to buy these I would totally boycott this place, but unfortunately, they are the only one at this time and I need these like now.
The lady wasn't rude, firm but not rude, but it's just mind boggling that she wouldn't tell me the color. All I am asking for is a color. I don't see why it matters if she tells me or if my landscaper tells me, it's not a secret. If I am paying over $1K for these, I want to make sure of what is being bought is the right thing.

Need to put a sign detailing that no for general public and must be a landscaping professional. Very rude folks, what pricing I was able to get, before being told they only detail with contractors and the guy walking off, was the same if not more expensive than Houston Garden Center, Cornelius and Franks….only difference was selection and quality was less at this place.
