Dominique is WONDERFUL!
I brought my mom’s car in on July 1st for an oil change, and new tires. I got in around 4pm and she told me there was a wait for an oil change but she could squeeze me in. She was very personable and professional! We will continue coming here!

My daughter has been saving her money to buy bigger tires for her jeep. Matt was so patient & knowledgeable in explaining the pros/cons & helping her find great tires in her budget & made an 18 year old very happy. The customer service & politeness of everyone there was impressive! Will be back!!

If I could give a zero I would, ordered some rims with these guys went to get them installed had me waiting for over 1 1/2 only to find out that a rim was missing. Next day I had to call to see if my rims were in ,instead of receiving a courtesy call that they had arrived. Drove 40 minutes again to get rims and tires installed. Happened once again my rims caps did not arrive and the gentleman did not say anything until I asked about the caps ! Never again will I shop at NTB horrible service!!!

I’ve been coming to NTB for years and I’ve never given them more 2 or 3 stars. service is a product of who’s behind the counter. Today I must give Richard 5 stars. From the time I walked in, he handled it so well and followed up by calling me when my vehicle was ready. Right on time. Thank you Richard. You’re an asset to NTB
