I went into the store looking for info and options for prescription sunglasses with progressive lenses. Michelle answered my barrage of questions, explained all of the possibilities, and supplied much appreciated opinion as to some of the things I was considering. Her professionalism and clear knowledge of Oakley products combined with her warm nature made for an excellent shopping experience.

We visited the Oakley Vault store at the Houston Premium Outlets who had one pair of the Fives Squared sunglasses in stock but one of the lenses had scratches. The associate contacted the Oakley Vault B066 in Katy, Texas and inquired if they had a pair in stock, and they had 2 new sunglasses in the box and one out for display, and the associate asked them to hold the sunglasses in my name until we arrived around 5 :30 PM. Michelle, 804591, greeted us and showed us the sunglasses my wife was interested in, and also showed us more sunglass styles to ensure these were the ones my wife wanted. Michelle was great to work with and showed the best in customer service to us during our visit.

The Katy Mills Oakley Store is always on point, professional and knowledgeable. I Just bought my fourth pair of prescription lenses from them and I will tell you they are the best out there. Foster and his group are always a pleasure to work with.

Buyers beware. I recently purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The sales rep, Foster, incorrectly processed my order by selecting the most expensive frame with polarized lenses and then adding prescription lenses separately—instead of simply applying the prescription to the original frame and lens combo.
When I received the glasses, I realized I had only received prescription lenses, not polarized ones, despite being charged for both. I contacted another sales rep, Miguel, to address the issue of being overcharged for features I didn't receive.
Oakley Customer Service acknowledged the overcharge and advised me to return to the store for a refund. Unfortunately, neither Miguel nor another rep, Eric, could resolve the issue. This led to a full return of the sunglasses instead of a simple correction.
Overall, the customer service was unprofessional and the store failed to acknowledge or fix their mistake—resulting in wasted time, frustration, and a poor shopping experience.

I have been to this location several times over the last 10 years. I've bought off the shelf and custom glasses, always had a good experience. Dropped in for the first time in years last week to pick up goggles for an off roading trip. The saleswoman (long blonde hair) I believe named Michelle? Was amazing, I told her what I was looking for and she didn't waste my time. I was able to get all 3 pairs of goggles I needed for everyone and they were PERFECT for the trip. I will be back again soon for custom sunglasses next.
