The gentleman who did my copies was really helpful and,it was sweltering in the store. Then, he couldn't find my phone number for rewards card. The gentleman finally found me under my email address. This has never happened before. Again, the people working were great, the building and equipment, not so much.

I wanted to take a moment to commend Mason for his exceptional service at Office Max. I frequently visit the store to have calendars printed, and Mason consistently exceeds my expectations. He is incredibly efficient, ensuring that each order is completed accurately and promptly. Mason's friendly and professional demeanor makes every visit a pleasant experience. I normally get things done @ Fed Ex but I was rushing and decided to stop at Office Depo. I had my menu’s printed and laminated, the guy that helped me was very helpful and patient. I will be back!

The lady at the business card print area was rude. She talked to another employee so long when I got there I thought he was a customer as I was waiting for her to greet me.

I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the speediness of the service. They bound a printout for me on a spiral and it turned out great.

This store has everything you need for a home office or other office supply needs. The only recommended change I would suggest is to make it more obvious where the registers are and where to go to return items (no customer service desk). Also it was a little confusing to delineate between the entry and exit door.
