I'm disappointed to share that my experience at Office Depot in Westheimer Park Way it was frustrating.🫥
I visited the store to print a project using my own materials, but the printer area was overwhelmed. The staff member was too busy to assist me and suggested using the self-service print machine. However, the system was unfriendly and didn't work as expected. I couldn't receive the necessary code to start printing due to network issues, and my project attachment wasn't compatible with the service.
When I asked for help again, the customer service I received was condescending and ironic. The staff member justified the prioritization of online orders over in-store customers, which I understand, but the lack of adequate staffing on a weekend was unacceptable.
My main concern is the store's poor customer service training and insufficient personnel to handle both online orders and in-store customers. I hope Office Depot takes steps to address these issues and improve the overall experience for their customers.
Friendly suggestion: Consider adding more staff during peak hours and weekends to ensure better service.

The officemax has okay services. People are correct that the omx workers are rude and inconsiderate. I use the print services and copy services at this location. I have not experienced any difficulties with the copiers or printers.

Good service. They have everything you'll need. Staffs typically helpful and knowledgeable.

Greeted as I entered store. Went to print area and was able to get something laminated very quickly and was out of the store in 5 minutes.

I went in to order a stamp and right off I go the impression I was nothing the employees. I stood there for a second and one of the employees said can you help that lady. A few seconds passed and then he meanders over and say "What do you need?" I almost went off on his attitude but didn't. I was nice and asked could I order a stamp and was told oh no you have to order that online. He was full of attitude and disrespect. What has happened to customer service????

Shortage of staff in print station constantly. Even when there's a five person line with just one cashier neither does manager tony come to help nor any of the other cashiers and staff that are standing around. If you call to ask a question expect at least as 20 minute wait if the phone ever even gets picked up.

I tried to 3 of their Self Help printers and none of a would read my USB when I asked for assistance they just said well it should work. So I stood in line with 3 employees behind the counter, one of the employees walked off after she was done helping a customer leaving me just standing in line.

The printing department is ridiculous you always have to wait don't even bother going there they look like they're over stressed and overworked and you end up waiting longer and get no help they don't care

Went for poster prints . Had to wait full 2 hours and finally being told the same response that they need more time to print. I must have checked the reviews before visiting!!

Impressed by such poor customer service in the printing area. A lady employee was behind counter chewing gum in a very obvious and not a very professional manner, we asked her a question and she replied, “I have no idea” giggled then walked away and continued her way toward the back of the printing area. Then we tried asking a gentleman that was there, we got in line behind some other customers, when he finished with them, he walked away told something to the other lady there and sat down on his computer as if we weren’t even there. Wow. Impressively bad customer service.
