I went today @8:30am ask to print a poster the guy told me that there is a queue and you can submit ur order online. I told him I am ok to be in queue but I will send you what i need via email and respect the queue just tell me how long will it take he told me will be afternoon and u will get email when it is ready. I paid and found inside the invoice time frame from 10:30 to 5:00
Nothing received u till 6:30
I went and stood on the line to ask where is my order, he replied me not yet printed as he is working in another order for a man stand infront of him. I thought it is his turn so i said i will go get food and come back as he mentioned it will not take that much. Returned again 7:10 found the same.
So I asked is this gentleman in the queue or just because he is in front of u, he said it is not guaranteed
So I told him i will wait as i am in a hurry why it is not printed till now it took too long
Just 10 min more it was printed
So it is not a line or queue
I paid and was not served in a good time
It can be printed before 2:00 pm
Why shall i wait from early morning to after 7:00pm
This is last time to deal with officemax

Walked in just to get some flyers printed and business cards printed. Was met with one of the most annoying people I’ve ever encountered. I simply want to give you my designs you tell me when to pick them up and I pay. Not go around in circles with someone who cannot conduct a simple business transaction without making it harder than it has to be. If I treated my customers this way I’d go bankrupt. I finally just told him I’ll go somewhere else where it won’t be such a hassle.

The middle aged man at printing services was extremely rude. Simply asked for my order and was repeatedly denied without him even looking for it. Came back a few hours later with my confirmation email and proof of purchase. He initially refused to look and it, and when he finally asked to look at it he then said “get your phone out of my face,” after realizing he was wrong. Still claimed my order wasn’t there until I pointed it out for him. Still realizing he was completely wrong, he told me to back away from the orders. I finally got it after being disrespected many times. To which he replied, “aight.” Why feel the need to verbally harass your customers???

i was just here at the printing department. i just got some menu printed out the lady who works here was not helpful don’t follow what i was saying. not professional at all. i had a baby in my hand all the time she could not even bother to put the papers what i got printed from beee not self service paid for the service she did not even put them in the paper bag i had to do it with the baby in my hand and it was again not the self service i paid for there service not going send any of my friends or family not good service at all

The 2 ladies at check out had a full blown conversation about the current workplace drama and couldn't focus on checking out our items. They acted like we weren't right in front of them hearing everything they had to say. What I really didn't appreciate was the vulgar language they were using in front of my children.

Zolhair,sales advisor was very helpful & attentive to details. Mike at the cashier advised us, that we save $2 for recycling the ink computer. All employees was pleasant & approachable. I would highly recommended this place & will be returning.??????

4 stars on their printing service. NOT all of their employees but there have been 3 that have been SOOOOOO helpful with my last printing jobs. Wish I had gotten their names. When I do, I will edit to post.

Noah, and the other employees at the Office Depot Print and Copy Center (Katy, TX 77494) have consistently provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond in communication and quality of work. The turn-around time on services has been quick too.

Thank you Jason and the trainee for helping print my daughter's project on a holiday. I called FedEx print shop to inquiry with them, based on the interaction with the female employee over the phone I went straight to OfficeMax. Her miserable attitude prevailed in the conversation and that is what made me never want to use them again.Thank you Jason for 13 years of professionalism.
