  Rossie (pronounced "Rosie") is amazing and very patient and meticulous with making sure she gets every piece of dead skin and she is thorough. She asks if you are happy and comfortable while she works. I will be back! I never return to ANY nail salon because I am never satisfied with the end result. I am FINALLY SATISFIED AND HAPPY and will BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER @ORCHID KATY nail salon! Thank you so much Rossie!?❤️?

  I have been coming to this nail salon for almost a year and I don’t normally have a bad experience until today. I just wanted to get my nails off and give my nails a break and I was charged $30 for this “manicure”. My middle finger was literally bleeding from how tough this job was done, I don’t consider myself cheap but this job doesn’t seem to be worth that much. If gentleness is a must for you this nail salon is not for you.
