“The team at Cassio did a great job helping me with my choice for our 45th anniversary! Then you guys went above and beyond to help Kathy change her selected piece. Thank you for your support and professionalism. It really means a lot to my wife and I. Thank you!”

“Honestly, this is the best pawn shop I've ever been to. If you're kind to them, then they're kind to you. Ya'll are on here are lying about the people that work here, because every time they've been EXTREMELY kind and patient with me. Maybe don't be an ugly person, and maybe they'll work with you? Ya'll in the reviews should try it. Ya'll walk into other people's shops with attitudes and entitled on what you should receive for your items. They're not obligated to buy your items for what you want them to. They look at market value and they have to make money themselves. It's a pawn shop. Be so forreal.”
