Extremely disappointed with Petal Patch. What was delivered to my good friend’s funeral service was not what I ordered and looked terrible. I was honestly embarrassed — it was an important occasion, and they got it completely wrong. No response from their customer service either. Not good at all.

The teddy bear and balloons I ordered yesterday to be delivered wasn’t. I don’t recommend them for anything! My Grand daughter who had surgery, was sad!! I am angry!!!

Wow, very impressive customer service, I called two hrs before an event and Lauren helped me get an arrangement made. It was beautiful, perfect for the spring, the hosts loved it!

Today I had a delivery that was not meeting my expectations. What was delivered was not what was shown in the photo. I understand this is not the fault of the florist, the flowers are what they are and we can not make them bloom when we want them to. I just wish it could have been a little closer to what I saw online. Sadly the arrangement must be accepted as it can not be redelivered at this hour.
The store DID make this right and it is very much appreciated. I know it is hard to keep everyone happy and replicate a photo of flowers. Despite the issue, I would do business with them in the future simply because they are honest and do what is needed to be a fair and reputable business.
Thank you for your hard work, and thank you for your understanding to this matter.

Couldn’t have asked for anything better for our daughter’s wedding. Lisa was able to take our vision and stay in our budget. She seamlessly made everything happen on the day of! If you need a florist - you won’t be disappointed! I will definitely be back for any floral needs!
