Apparently they have changed their return policy. In-laws gifted me a putter (that I do not need) from here. Tried to take it back for store credit (as I have done once 2 yrs ago). They said they cant but they would consider a trade...at half of what it sales for. Customer service is dead.

I placed a order for some pants online and selected the wrong size!!!! But thanks for the awesome staff I was able to switch my order out to the correct size! And with no issues!! Most places make you go through loopholes or they don’t want to help! But not PGA Superstore!! Thanks!!!!

PGA TOUR Superstore has an unmatched selection of golf and tennis equipment for men, women, and juniors. All stores are staffed with teaching professionals offering lessons and have multiple state-of-the-art club fitting bays, practice hitting bays, and large putting greens. There is also an in-house repair center with various club services offered, (regripping, reshafting, etc).
