I just left from here not too long ago! I ordered 3 hand tossed pizzas. O. M. G . This is the best pizza I’ve had from here in a while.

Placed an order at 6pm through the app and was supposed to be ready by 6:15. I didn't walk outta there till 6:50pm, employees are moving slow as snails there's no motivation from the management at all. Saw my order placed in the ready to go area and took another 5mins before anyone came to the front to give me my order. Thos place needs better management and employees.

I placed an order through their app and I received a confirmation Email for pick up time once I got to their location at 12:45 they were closed ,lights off ,no sign to let people know anything and a lot of people waiting outside wondering what the hell is going on ?!!!! I never seen Pizza Hut that close in afternoon time ?? Why you guys sent me a confirmation email and wasted whole hour of my time ? And your guy raul claim to be shift manager is very rude not even trying to offer any type of compensation after telling him about the poor service this location have !!! Management needs more training . Worse location that need immediate attention by corporate office.

This Pizza Hut real deal needs to close or needs new management or something because it ain’t been looking good. The food and service has been disgusting. The employees/managers will lie to you about their name. They have zero integrity and will serve you undercooked food just to get orders out. I placed an order today for some cinnamon rolls and I was going to pick up my order. Drove to the store and the door was locked without anyone inside. I could actually see orders on the monitor & etc. Online it says that the store is open. I even called customer service and they told me that the store should be open. I’m not sure what’s been going on with this store but they truly need some help!!!

Woooow absolutely ridiculous, really hard time getting the store to answer, 15 calls and noone picks up, they messed up my order, completely, breadsticks were plain and burnt, my pizza was half peperoni half hawaiian and they gave me 3/4 peperoni 1/4ham, charged me for extra item i didnt order, and noone is resolving my issue, hate it deffinetly dont order from here

Feedback on Customer Service and CommunicationI recently visited your Pizza Hut location and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. While I understand that managing orders can be challenging, it's crucial to emphasize the importance of acknowledging and communicating with guests.On both of my visits, there was a lack of acknowledgment and greeting while waiting for assistance. It's not about the duration of the wait, but the absence of communication during that time. A simple, "We'll be with you shortly" goes a long way in making customers feel valued and appreciated.Improving communication with guests, especially when the staff is attending to other tasks, would greatly enhance the overall customer experience at your establishment.Sincerely,joey

I really appreciate this location and I will forever go to them! Deion went above and beyond to help make sure I get my order after a rude DoorDasher left without giving me my order. Deion made sure to make me a new fresh order and get a new DIFFERENT driver and was so polite.

Don't order delivery. I quit ordering delivery from them 2 years ago. I tried again, and now I'm waiting 2 hours for my pizza. They don't have drivers so they transferred the pizza to a Door Dash person. Ridiculous.

Just ordered from here, the food was absolutely insane... in a bad way, I ordered the 2 deep dish pizzas with breadsticks and baked pasta deal that's $25.99 without tax and delivery fees, my pizza was overcooked, not that I mind, I like mine crispy but it was black and super hard, not flaky at all, my pizza sticks were brown, hard, and distasteful. The delivery driver had managed to bend the pizza box so my topping for my pizza stuck to the top of the lid and my pasta was all over the box. I do wanna add that it was later in the night about 45 minutes before closing and I'm thankful they delivered, but I don't think what I ate was worth $33.54 for pizza that seems like they didn't even try. I've grown up on Pizza Hut and it's my favorite crappy pizza place, unfortunately they were too crappy this time anyway imma try a different location next time, these guys just really hate their jobs. Also my 2nd pizza (literally the exact same pizza just with chicken instead of bacon) was under cooked, so enjoy the salmonella!
