The branch manager Mr. Charlie Valdez did an outstanding job explaining me all the products to open my business account, he is also a very polite and respectful person, 100% recommended.

Very slow customer service. Drive up ATM faces west, and screen was impossible to use in the PM hours. Screen was non responsive and inoperable. Went inside and no ATM was available.

I went in to get a with draw there was no one in the bank no cut but me walking in. Two of the bankers discussing who was going to take me. And when I finally got help I told him I was deaf and if he would wright down what we need to take care of the with draw he gave me a dirty look and he was not happy with it. As son as I can I am getting closing my account and my daughter account

The service is awful .they do not care about their customer.i had a problem with my account after one hour of calling and searching she said she is going to call me she is yet to call.there was a guy working there who did not give it damn about my problem i am going to close my account.

I would give this branch 0 stars. It had 10 ppl in during my visit. There was one person in front of me. I asked the manager Charlie Valdez if he could help me during this long wait and he said he could not do a deposit. I was like wow that’s crazy. In the meantime he was doing NOTHING. Eventually other ppl came in. He was very rude to help all the other ppl who came in after me. Those ppl were a different race. Would not recommend this location at all.

I walked into this particular branch and to start off they did not greet or welcome me into branch. I preceded to sit down and wait. After sitting patiently for 10min another customer of a different ethnicity walks in and is greeted and spoked to by multiple employees. Then said customer is called to meet with a banker. After not be acknowledged or spoken to while I waited, I was then told a teller can help me. THIS BRANCH IS RACIST! NO IF ANDS OR BUTS.

Great service - always helpful. They don’t offer as much as the big branch on Fry but other than that, Katy and Noreen have always been super helpful when I walk in. Plus very friendly.

This is by far the worse branch. I went in there on my lunch break and while there I asked to use the restroom. They told me they don’t have public restrooms, to this I said “I am a customer” not a random person walking in to use the restroom. They told me that I could go next door to In-N-Out that they usually suggest customers to go in there.

I would give this branch 0 stars. Absolutely horrible service. They appear nice when you walk in but when it comes to helping you they are always and I mean ALWAYS making mistakes and errors. They keep you in there longer than you need to be. They make it difficult to access your funds or do anything with them because you always “need something”. They’re just not efficient with anything they do. Today was my last day coming here. I don’t mind driving to another branch that’s better.

Avoid this Branch, REALLY BAD SERVICE:We was trying to open a business account in this PNC location, after one week (trying) the information is not clear, Mr carlos Valdez never reply email and voice messages and never have enough time to finish what he started.Is not a respectful non polite branch.Please avoid.

Service was ok. The monthly fee is ridiculous, need keep $300 in the save and $500 in the check account in order to avoid the fee . Card arrived time is another issue ,2 weeks for a debit card and I’m still waiting , first time with this bank and I’m already disliking it.
