The chicken was good and fresh. We had a hard time understanding each other, but that wasn't the problem. The manager was the problem. When I asked sor some honey for my biscuits, she started fussing at the employees about what he gave me. She was even arguing with another customer about her coupons. Those customers walked out empty-handed. This lady could care less about the customers. For what we paid for 8 pieces of chicken, she should have been more than happy to give us a little extra honey. We will definitely not go back to this Popeyes when they have others in town.

Just moved to the Katy area and this Popeyes disappointed me. Ordered online and sent my husband to pick up, they couldn’t fine my order but acted as if I was lying about it. Showed them 3 different receipts and order details that they “needed” to see my name on one of them. Which I provided! Card was already charged and they kept claiming it was not in their system. Horrible customer service!!!

Service is slow and unprofessional this location close at 11:00pm I went through the drive thru at 9:45 and was told they are closed after I heard them playing and laughing on the mic and then after I address the closing time they asked for my ordered and then said they were out of wings which was really weird to me

Prepare yourself for the worst experience possible, repeatedly if you go back more than once. Worst drive thru speaker system possible, you can't hear them nor they you, and if they do hear you, will not understand that you do not want a combo, just a #3 sandwich etc. Pull up to the window, explain you want whatever it is you want, still not understand. If you're lucky to be understood at the window, prepare for a wait of 20-30 minutes for Cajun fries, "...please pull up." ... 2 cars in front already waiting for other stuff... have to park in a parking spot since there's no way to park by the building. After 30 minutes and going around the building again to park next to it since 2 other people left, you decide to go inside (or just leave since you've lost all hope of food safety at this point). Surreal is the best descriptor, 4 people working the kitchen, and a manager and a shift supervisor all appear to be just kind of standing around, "Putting your order together right now."... Yeah, no thanks, just want my money back now as I've lost all faith in competency in the place. Manager appeared to have to call someone to learn how to do a refund. No words, just stepping out of site with the card for a minute or so, then go to the register to go through a lengthy process of button presses to do it. Hands me my card, no explanation or receipt copy, "That's it?", I ask, manager responds "Yea.". Coolness. Of the handful of times I've gone there, it's some variation of these happenings. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

This location barely get customers and literally run out of food the last 2 hours of closing, the order was inaccurate and when I got to the window, they told me my order could not be fulfilled because they ran out of most of what I asked for. There were no accommodations and when asked to make my order fresh, they told me no. Very unprofessional and at this point, just close the entire store down or do a restructuring of staff.

They did not provide my 3 piece chicken tenders that I paid for and they would not answer my calls or my requests. This location has the worst service ever. The gentleman who is communicating through the drive thru could care less as to what you are ordering or what your needs are. It is absolutely ridiculous. I am a manager of a high end restaurant myself and I personally would fire anyone who behaved as he has every single time I come there. This time he blatantly forgot part of my order because it was so late right before they closed and he treated me terribly

A higher rating if they hadn't overlooked items from my combo meal (such as ranch dressing or sauce). Despite only two cars, the drive-through took longer than anticipated.
