I’ve been coming here for years and absolutely love it! Trina and Be are amazing!!! You can tell they truly care about their clients and the whole team is always welcoming and professional. My nails always turn out perfect—whether it’s a manicure or pedicure. The salon is super clean, relaxing, and consistent every single visit. Such a wonderful place —I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for the best nail care experience!

I am extremely disappointed with my visit. The online price for a full set is listed as $45 plus $5 for length, but I was charged $90 without being informed until after the work had already started. This was misleading and not transparent.
The service was unprofessional. I was not greeted when I arrived, the technician was rough, and when I said my nails hurt, he ignored me. My nails are crooked, lumpy, and inconsistent, and one was applied incorrectly, causing pain. Despite this, only one thick clear coat was used, and the final result looked nothing like what I requested.
I never told the front desk that I was happy with my nails. I avoided creating a scene because the technician became aggressive, and as the only Black woman in a room full of Asian staff (with a male technician), I did not feel comfortable escalating the situation.
When I later requested to speak with the owner, I was told they were unavailable. I was offered a repair but not a refund. I declined because my trust was already broken and all are Extremely unprofessional and rude.

Came in and showed a picture and asked could he do it. He said YES. After he started painting them all white I gave up and just let him do them white. He agreed not understanding and I didn’t feel like trying to get him to understand me bcus he kept saying yes to everything. My second nail shop today. Over it.

I’ve been coming to Trina and Mr. B for nearly four years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their work is consistently excellent, and they are always kind, courteous, and honest. Whether it’s a manicure, pedicure, or brow service, they take great care and pride in what they do. Today I visited Alani Nail & Spa. I had a lovely experience with great prices. Everyone was friendly, and professional. I arrived a little after 5pm and didn’t have to wait long. I showed my nail technician a photo of the design I wanted. With his attention to detail and care, my nails look fantastic! I was also able to get a pedicure during my visit. My other nail tech was warm and professional. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was in and out in a timely fashion. I am loving my new nails and I can’t wait to go back!

Walked in solo for a pedicure and there were only 3 people in the chairs. The guy told me to check in, I did. A family of 4 walked in and he told me his appointment "got here early" and basically that I'd have to wait for the people who camin after me to be serviced. I waked out. Horrible service and I would never return.

Very happy and satisfied with this young couple. B and Trina are very sweet attentive and perfectionist people that take their time satisfying their customers getting their work done. Also B is great making any design you wish! Try it!!! You will be very happy with the results! I think I have being with them about 3 years. New owners! So please give them a chance to pamper you. Every time I come out of their place I feel renewed and with great satisfaction with my nails! Very sweet couple! Thank you so much B and Trina!!!

My first time visiting this past weekend after being turned away from another salon and had AMAZING service! They're new owners at this location and they make you feel so at home! Lina and Be were wonderful. I will definitely be back, even though it's a little far from home, I love that they're one of the few salons open early on Sunday, big plus!
