Should be able to give zero or minus stars. The owner is rude to paying customers. I feel sorry for his employees - such a HOSTILE work environment with him yelling and calling them names. It's embarrassing and I won't go back.

I went into this store to send a next day FedEx delivery and enclosed was a document that needed to be returned to me. The employee was so helpful in putting a next day FedEx delivery return envelope into that envelope (folded) so it would eventually be returned to me. The best part of my whole experience, outside of the great customer service, was that an employee gave me great tips on how to track and eventually receive the return envelope back. I was able to arrange a pickup and easily track and follow it in FedEx's system on its way back to me. This entire transaction exceeded my expectations. A great big thank you to both ladies behind the counter.

Maybe I can save you a trip. This is not the place if you need to print copies… Well, in order to print a black and white regular sheet of paper the cost is $3 for the first page and then 50 Cent each page there after….seems very expensive to me.

I’m only giving 3 stars because it’s the neutral option, in my opinion, and I’m aware that low-star reviews hurt businesses, and what happened to me may not be of fault of the owner.
I desperately needed an affidavit notarized, and since I saw they do them there, I decided to go. Albeit, it was quite late when I went. I came in at 6:52pm, when they were going to close at 7. But to my knowledge, notarizing is quick and one of the reviews said it was an “in and out” experience, so I wasn’t too worried. I went to open the door, and it was locked. I considered knocking and begging someone to please take my affidavit in, but just decided to take my business elsewhere. The lights were on, so I know somebody was definitely inside.
It’s just weird, to me, to say that you’re closing at one time, but then close 10 minutes earlier. It was frustrating and I wish I could say better about this establishment.

Good but tried to go back NO Parking. A car was backed into the handicap spot for at least 45 minutes( I had foot surgery,cast and scooter) just went to Kroger’s and somewhere else

Only reason why I gave this place two stars is because it's the only way I can write a review. I walked into this place today at 3:30 to ship a package mind you I've been taking all my packages here for months now never had an issue so today when I walked in I asked if I could print my shipping label that I had already paid for online the girl who was working said no so I asked could I pay to print the label on there printer she said no I had to purchase a new label though them which is odd because its a postal and copy place, been bringing my packages here for months now never once had a issue.. employees there have always been great but the one who was working today never seen her before probably new but anyways she should be trained a little better because she wasn't any help by all means everyone else who works there has been awesome and very helpful keep doing a great job and someone help this girl so she can be as great as her job as y'all..
