I went to this place to get a notary stamp, I had to have a witness sign for my paperwork. There were plenty of employees there but all refused to sign as a witness so I had to call someone to come about 20 mins for them to come and sign as a witness... I asked why couldn't any of the employees witness the signing and they blamed the owner and said it was his rules... I just don't understand why inconvenience the customer when we are the reason you are in business now we will never go back and will encourage others not to go there as well smh.... the lady name who blamed the owner told me her name was Elizabeth.... There is no law against any person to witness a signiture..
The witness spot is for a person to witness the transaction of the signing not the document itself....

I’m writing to formally address a serious issue with my recent shipments. As a plant seller operating a high-volume million dollar business, I rely on efficient shipping to ensure product viability—something your service has failed to deliver.
Four days ago, I dropped off (18 packages)at your location under the assumption they would be processed promptly. However, tracking still shows no movement— because you rely on postal carriers for pickups instead of transporting items directly to USPS yourselves. This delay is unacceptable for perishable goods; my plants now face potential loss due to extended transit times (5–7 days), putting me at risk of **over $400 in damages**.
Had I known this was your operational standard, I would have used USPS directly (as I did in Houston), where labels scan within **hours** of drop-off. Your current model is incompatible with time-sensitive businesses like mine.
Please clarify:
1. Why weren’t these packages processed immediately?
