Do not trust servicer or advertising from this store. They lure customer for business about discount but they not kept promises. and service bad, never coming back to this store again.

I have been coming to this store for years. Arnold has issues doing business professional and the correct way business is conducted. First come first serve. Arnold wants to do paint for the working people over everyone else unless its easy for him to do. I was told I would have to wait 2 hours for 1 gallon of paint so I waited. I notice he put everyone that walked in the door in front of me on purpose. Paul came in and took over and acted professional and did what needed to be done with my 1 gallon of paint. Paul knows how to work with the public. Its first come first serve the way all professional businesses works. Arnold needs to learn how to have professional work ethic with the public. This is a business he is an employee he is not the owner. The owner needs to know he is running money and business off with people because he wants to select what kind of work he wants to do. If he doesn't like it he will make sure to make the person to wait alongtime to try and run them off. This is bad for business. I had a contractor I was paying waiting for this product. It was 1 gallon of paint this shouldnt be that hard to do. You might want to retrain Arnold how to work professional with everyone that walks in the door with his attitude issues over selective work . I have been to other paint stores like Sherwin Williams , Benjamin Moore, Lowes, Home Depot and they act very professional first come first serve with all the paint nomatter who you are just be honest and professional with your customers its not that hard. Arnold is making it harder then it needs to be.

I came here to get my free gallon of paint from the LongLake home builder. You also get a free bucket, silicone and drywall spatula. They do not sell quarts just gallons which is disappointing especially when you only need a small amount for trim.

Jared was awesome! He was forthcoming with information to help me get the best deal. The store had a discount that was larger than my coupon. I didn't have to ask. He and his co-workers were very helpful and friendly when helping me get what I needed. I would recommend this location to anyone, especially those who had their homes built by Long lake and need whiskers paint. They will allow you to put a gallon of paint in your own bucket of they only carry 5 gallon buckets.

This is the best pain store I have ever used. I recently needed to get a touch up paint for my house. They were able to track the exact paint the original contractor used on my house and did a perfect match on my custom Mopako commercial white. Perry and the manager were very kind, professional and both provided useful tips on how to tackle my project. customer service is the differentiator here, and you can tell that they work hard until the customer is 100% satisfied. Many thanks to the team ! I appreciate it.

Called the Richmond hw6 location, the man on the phone didnt seem to want to even be working saying he doesnt know if they had a paint. Called this store spoke to Perry, he was so helpful and when arrived Alec was very easy to talk to especially from me not knowing much about painting.

They seem to be the only company that carrying the old Sikkens brand. PPG has bought the line of products. They don't carry a whole lot of patching products. Service was okay.
