I had an extremely disappointing experience with Rufus Hernández from. While trying to explain, in a frustrated but calm manner, that the company should cover damages to my windows (all of which are affected by a Low-E seal failure), Rufus hung up on me and spoke in a highly dismissive and disrespectful manner.
His behavior is completely unprofessional for a customer service agent. Rather than addressing the issue or exploring a solution, he limited himself to avoiding any responsibility on the company’s part, showing no willingness to help a customer with a legitimate defect.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this individual, as his conduct is unacceptable and not representative of proper customer service.

Great place to deliver. they have overnight parking. I was the only one there first in line at 5:30 am I was getting unloaded. Forklift guy was really nice. definitely wouldn’t mind coming here again.

No one is unloading here anymore, we have 3 trucks to unload inside, the workers walk around and no one is responsible for unloading, it seems that they buy on the day of the trucks, they don't care about your presence, their work is not a priority, as transportation to serve you, or an office to check in, it's just time. of the forklift operator when he creates his necessary time

I purchased a new construction house 14 months ago. Unfortunately, one of my windows lost its seal already. I get it- things happen. I called BFS a week ago to have someone out to address the issue. I left a voicemail with all of my information so they could call me back. No one called back. I called again yesterday morning and left another voicemail because no one answered… again. No one has called me back still. It is said that the bigger you get as a company, the worse your customer service gets. This is definitely true for BFS, at least, it is in my case. Really disappointed in how terrible customer service has gotten since Covid. This is just another example…
