Sheila the drive through Manager has no business working with numbers or balances, she stumbles through explaining anything and absolutely has no care about the customer, she just wants her paycheck cause she could care less about her banking customers. Terrible!

Beware. This Katy branch drive through was not open the Tuesday after Preidents Day at 7:40AM, as posted it would be open at 7:30 that morning.

Do not bank with this bank or especially this location the bank manager Sheila is absolutely no help. Makes no sense on why they can’t cash their own checks that are written on them. That makes sense on why they only have 2 1/2 stars on Google reviews and this is to add to it they lost my future business as a business owner, stay away!

Opened a new joint account for myself and my wife, a week later I got a call from the bank and they said my deposit $(100.00) that deposit was returned and they will have to close the new account or I can come into the bank and proof I actually own the account the money came from. Went to the bank and provided them with my bank statement from the funding bank. Even with that, they still felt like was I common thief. have never been treated like a criminal before, so may calls where made to see if I actually funded the account from my external account, they called navy federal, who confirmed I owned the account, called different department within their own team to to confirm I am who I say I am. Inky reason why I am leaving this account and not closing it is because it is only bank closest to my home. Highly disappointed with the kind of treatment I have received so far

Terra in drive thru is the sweetest and most patient csr! She was nice to me even though i made mistake on slip, was upset to drive thru , dealing with personal issues and i admit, i was not as nice as i am normally. I hope to see her next time i need a transaction. Thank you for your positive words and being so nice! ???

Calling to ask if the branch was open regular hours Friday. After a long hold I was rudely told “Good Friday is not considered a holiday.” As if I needed a lesson... A simple “Yes” would’ve sufficed.The Fry Rd location is much friendlier from my experience.

first time in 3 years asked the manager to release a hold - on a business check - after - money was out of other bank. Manager says “sorry” (so 1990’s). She says I can take the money that’s in my account already “wow”. She’s naive like a kindergarten kid. People need banks to encash checks. Prosperity holds money for their own interest but sometimes you got to release it for customer without thinking of your their own profits.Update: After 4 days they ask to call the 1-800 number so they can assist me. Very prompt! by their medieval standards.

I wish if there is a way to give them no stars been trying to reach out to the manager her name Shella over 2 weeks she never returned my call for an extremely urgent business matter which is shutting down a ten years old account for no reason they give a very nonsense reason "due to noneactive" and they took all my money as a noactivity Fee never informed in the past ten years about this.I will call for an internal investigation for this branch and no wonder you rating so low we all need the truth nothing but the truth.

Hassle. Opened my account on a Friday got a call the following Monday that the clerk messed on her paper work and that I needed to come back in to resign. Which I understand we all make mistakes but This bank doesn’t give you a bank card right away, it’s mailed to you in 7 days. Soo I have to wait even longer for it. She really put me in a bind, long story short I’ll going to find a new bank ASAP. DO NOT BANK HERE
