**update: I (finally) received a call from this branch today and apparently they have replaced the previous management. The new manager seems very professional and thorough, I will update again when I stop by tomorrow morning to meet her**

I have has nothing but unprofessional experiences with this branch since moving here. I have ordered three replacement debit cards since June of this year; it is now mid December and I have not received a single one of those cards. I have stopped by and asked for information and updates to no avail, I have been told I would receive a call with more information, and I have received zero calls. I have been stared at with blank vacant expressions when asking for status updates on the cards I have ordered and been sighed at when I have asked for temporary cards, as though it is inconvenient to follow through with basic requests from customers. I have had personal checking and savings accounts with prosperity for over twelve years, and tomorrow I will be driving to this location to close my remaining account. I tried to have this issue resolved today through the customer service number and the person I spoke to was unable to give me any answers or solutions. This branch has been an absolute disappointment and I could not be sadder that the bank I have trusted since the age of thirteen can no longer do something as simple as order a debit card for a customer or even treat the clients as though they are important.
