Terrible location. I was treated horribly here. I have never been so embarrassed as I just was. I feel I was discriminated against. I was laughed at and refused service by 3 of the nastiest women I've ever encountered. This was unacceptable to say the least and I hope their behavior and treatment of customers with or without accounts is addressed immediately. I am in total disbelief that this is the standard of a bank called "Prosperity. "

We recently moved all our banking business to this bank, personal and business accounts. Tyresha Smith made the challenging process very easy with great communication and always excellent customer service. The other ladies that work at the counter and drive thru also always provide excellent service. We're glad we chose to move our accounts to this bank.

Wow! The reviews are brutal on here. I can't speak for the representatives inside, as I have never been inside. But the ladies through the drive thru have always been very polite and efficient. I have always thought of this location as a good one. Even before I lived on this side of town I would always go through this drive thru as it was close to work and where family lives. I will make sure I don't go inside and stick to the drive thru. Thank you ladies on drive thru

Prosperity Bank doesn't open till 9, their closed on Saturday, you can screen shot and deposit a check , their cash machine is most of the time broken. Their just not very good I'll probably change banks

I call this branch to cash my check they told me 3 fee. They failed to tell me if it’s over 300 you get charged a percentage instead of 3 dollars but after I did the thumb print signed the check the employee wrote all over my check then told me is was over 13 dollars to cash and I said o just called you guys said 3 dollars !! They lied I told the manager she did nothing she went around and asked all of the workers did they get a call from me of course they all denied. She came back and told me I must have called another branch didn’t offer apology or any thing. Horrible customer service I wouldn’t have never agreed to over 13 dollars charge which I had to pay because I had to be at a appointment that was my point of calling first before I drove there.

Wow by far the worst service I’ve ever had at a bank. Gloria is the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. Banked with them for 8 years and this is how you treat customers. Just look at the reviews. TERRIBLE
