I have been keeping my belongings here for sometime and everything has been beyond great. Joanna and Tina are extremely great!!! They have went above and beyond to answer all questions. Due to previous experience from outside storage this property has made me feel like my belongings are safe.. Thank you ladies and keep up the great customer service!!

Best Public Storage in Katy/Houston area.Their staff is amazing!Complete professionalism and fantastic customer service.I've had a storage here for 2 yrs and their excellent performance has only gotten better!! Beware I had a unit there not too long ago. If you are late on a payment, they will quickly auction your unit. Also, Monthly prices go up without notice.

Im glad i was able to support you for the whole month of Jan 2024. I moved out on Jan 6th left the unit spotless, but because i conveniently for you had my account set up direct withdrawal you kept $118 instead pro rate. Shame on you.!! NEVER MISSED a payment in 5 years.
