  Erin helped me with our newest storage unit. Had issues with Internet connection on my end to reset password but she was very patient and knowledgeable in what needed to be done. I had to update all my units with new address as well in which she took care of all that saving me time. I appreciate her time, patience and knowledge when I was asking various questions. Thanks Erin!

  Avoid this place like the plague! They entice you with a low move in rate then once you’ve moved all your stuff in they go up on the rates significantly. My unit (10x15) monthly rate plus mandatory insurance has gone from $145/mo. to $241/mo. in one year. The contract says they don’t lock in rates for any period of time and can go up at anytime to respond to market conditions. This is not on the employees but the greedy owners. They bank on people not being willing or able to move their stuff out on a whim to go somewhere else. It’s a shakedown. If zero stars was an option, I’d pick that. Moving my stuff out soon. Also contacting the BBB
