Our storage unit was robbed; we lost multiple items, including bikes, instruments, and irreplaceable family pictures. We also belatedly learned that other storage units on our floor were robbed a couple of weeks ago. If they had let us know, we could've checked our storage unit sooner. Instead, they chose to keep their customers in the dark. Please avoid this place at all costs. The security is terrible, and they don't care enough to alert you about any risks to your things.

Ms. Amira at this Public Storage location is a perfect example of customer service. She explained everything to me in great detail, including how everything would work. She also informed me that I could upgrade and downgrade my storage space as needed.

Amira is wonderful lady and very very helpful.
I miss placed my storage key and I have to break my storage lock and she help me find person who can break my lock cheapest way.

Used to be good place to get a storage unit but recently they start jacking the price to more than double once they know you put bunch of stuff in your unit , also bathrooms closed at all time so if you need to use restroom you better stop by a closed gas station before you come to this place .
