I rented a 5x10 non climate controlled unit in February and my rent was $18. I got a price increase shortly after and then it was $48. I wouldn’t recommend renting at public storage at all.

I just received a call from someone who was extremely rude. I asked him about my storage price increase and he was very nasty with me. I asked his name and he said Kyle. When I asked his last name he replied I am not giving you my last name.He refused to tell me who is the manager. I normally talk to a lady when I call. I don’t know her name but she is very kind and takes the time to explain everything.

Gina (located on 1000 S Mason Rd) has been very accommodating and patient with me as a have attempted to pay my bill each month. My unit is located down the street from her facility and she has been forced to manage her property and the property located where my storage unit is located. The app does not work and I have dealt directly with Gina to make my payments She deserves a huge raise for being so kind to me and others. What a terrific resource Public Storage has in Ms. Gina Thank you so much!!!

Had an initial issue with the property a few months after move in, it was addressed in a professional manner by the business and district manager. Treated me with respect. Property and storage have been great location and facility.
