Taylor was extremely kind and helpful. even with a boot on her foot walked with me to show me the units on the 1st and 2nd. floor. excellent customer service.

After 3 months the raise the rate by more than half. It almost doubles. Not sure if it’s under new management because the person there before was very kind but this new property manager Ashley isn’t willing to help at all. Also the left gate is never working and has been under repair for months and the 1st elevator is always broken. There are also never any carts.

I had a great experience at this location! The signup process was fast and hassle-free, and the units are clean and well-kept. Taylor at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, making everything smooth from start to finish.

Went in for help on prices with my unit, Taylor was able to get me a new deal on a space! She has excellent customer service also, not often to your get that in stores or over the phone Taylor was great all around ! Go see her won't regret it!

It’s my third time coming back to this same location, by experience don’t pick a bargain over quality of service and security. Mortan ranch location is beyond the best location to rent from especially with such great helpful management that is always keeping busy, safe and clean environment especially shout out to Taylor who is the prime example of what leadership great customer service should be. Thank you so much Taylor and team for making my storage experience good and secure.

I absolutely love this place! It is by far the best storage I have ever used! My family and I feel secured and also our stored possessions. Taylor has been such a blessing to us. Taylor was very welcoming and very attentive and helpful. She did a walkthrough with us, and was very supportive and patient as we made our final decision. She also went over and beyond on another trip with some boxes we purchased. She personally came and put them in my truck. Taylor is what I consider a true star ⭐️ player!!! Her work ethics are amazing!!! Taylor if you see this we definitely appreciate you dearly!! I recommend this storage to all! Go see Taylor she is the best!!
