This might be the most incompetent pharmacy to date. Surgery day was yesterday, the nurse calls in scripts at around 10:45 to 11:30 AM. I call the pharmacy in the afternoon (literally 5-6 hours later) and was told to wait an hour which I was fine with. I go there 1.5 hours later, and I was told that they have not scanned these in but they will get right on it that night before closing. I call this morning and was told this was not even filled and to "give them an hour"... I ended up taking these scripts to HEB and got my meds in FIFTEEN minutes. Not to mention, I woke up with a fever because I did not start the meds that I was told were going to be filled. Shame. 0 stars.

This was my go-to pharmacy. I didn't have a problem with any of the ladies here, but when I called to check the status of my meds, the man who answered was very rude to me. He replied in a very irritated tone, "One of them is being wrapped up and we have to order the other one." I was very taken aback by the short reply, he didn't even tell me which medication was in stock, or when it would be ready to pickup. I just asked, "So you have one of my medications available then?" He just repeated the same thing in a more annoyed tone, "One of then is being wrapped up and we have to order the other one." RUDE! You know, customers don't have to come here and be treated with disrespect for no reason, and I certainly won't come back anymore. You just lost a loyal customer.

Stopped by today to pick up a few of the advertised specials. Was disappointed in he strawberries as they didn't appear to be ripe. Most things are fairly expensive here so you have to stick to your list. The most shocking part was the attitude of the manger towards the cashier after beginning called for help due to a line up of 4-5 customers suddenly appeared. I've always had a great experience with the associates here the manager was short tempered and rude to her employee because she had put aside an unwanted item.

The pharmacist seemed frustrated for whatever reason, so she was behaving unprofessionally with everyone. When I said hi to her, she huffed and didn't reply to me.We left because I didn't want her with that attitude to give a vaccine shot to my kids.Very disappointed with the service!

We stopped into this Randall's on Fry Rd., in Katy, TX to get drinks from Starbucks today. Zach greeted us & was so kind, helpful, & polite!!! We were so grateful for his demeanor today. Jayren made our drinks to PERFECTION, so we wanted to thank you a million times over for your professionalism. Keep up the good work guys!!

Randall's needs this man off their payroll. He came out the back slamming the door open and yelling on what I was doing. I said I am looking at the pallet shelf. (To me it was a great idea so I started moving it around and off the wall to see how they did that). I never should of turned in there but the shelf caught my eye and I parked pretty close to the dumpsters where it was. He said I was stealing stuff from his dumpsters. I don't know what is happening to his dumpster but he treaded me as a criminal. That morning I got up early to help with the missing lady and her dog. She has mild dementia and I started asking the contractors in the area where she was spotted. They said they saw her 3 hours passing through behind Taylor. I ran into a utility contractor that only drive through the bayou and asked her where does she lived and maybe the dog was helping her her home. The lady said she lived on the Eastside of Fry. So I went past s. Fry and notice I was going to hit a dead end so I went into the Randall's back parking lot to go around and head back to Fry. This is when I saw the shelf and interested me so I got out to take a closer look and to take pictures. So when I touched and moved it...he went off. He yelled on what I was doing and that was his. I said, "it's just a pallet and I was going to take...". He and his minions told the constable that I said I was going to take it. Why were they allowed to hear what was saying there? The police is there to keep the peace and not be bias and allow them to be an earshot away. There is no way that was going to fit in my car and also I don't take from their dumpsters. It's food that is thrown away and I wouldn't even jump in and catch salmonella. He said-yelled, "I had to leave and that I was tresspassing ". There were no tresspassing signs or a gate I had to climb to get a look at the. He said he will call the police and I will see what will happen to me. That was a direct threat and him being near my car and in my personal space was a threat to harm me and I had every right at that point to defend myself. This man wasted my time (in looking for this lost soul that needed help) that day and the police resources because he was angry and thought I was in his dumpster stealing. I will forward this to Randall's headquarters if this man isn't removed from our community as he poses a threat to it. I am very well know in my community since I was in the PTA for 12 year (became a lifetime member) Helped organize Harvey survivors and their pets along with the Fire Department and the National Guard. I help organize the supply list as all wanted to help and I told them they will need cleaning supplies for the aftermath. Our community pulled together and my house because supply center. People that needed supplies came and got what they needed.
