I’m very disappointed in this Randall’s location. I frequently shop this location, maybe minimum a few times per week and for whatever reason it’s not unusual for their sales items to ring up at the wrong price. Today they had chicken on sale, buy one get one free. I grabbed 2 from directly under the sign, made sure that it was the same brand etc the display was pretty big and it was hard to mistaken the sale. I went to pay for my food and it did not show that it was on sale. I asked the woman working if she could assist and she told me that’s the price and that they had it labeled wrong. Randall’s has been my preferred choice of grocery stores but I’m exhausted from the prices not reflecting correctly at checkout. It’s horrible business practice to advertise at once price and then charge a higher price

Most of your daily needs can be found under one roof, including groceries, meat products, wine and beer, as well as prescription medicine. I prefer Randall’s because of their fresh vegetables and well-organized shelf arrangements. There are plenty of parking lots.

When technology is part of the shopping experience and the associates don't know how to assist with app coupons, even if it means finding a way to honor the coupon without the app, it really ruins the shopping experience. The ads are misleading and they cannot give you the price they advertised. In the days before mobile apps, customer service was much better. Sad how technology changes things ...

Too limited on number of items you can buy. I need to buy more than the limit of two roasts or ribs to feed 6 people.
The meat quality is good. Very pricey if you don't buy sale items.

I had a bad experience today at the Randall Katy. The strawberries were marked on sale in the store and on the Paper Weekly Deal for $1.99/box, the cashier said I had to clipped the deal on the app in order to have it for $1.99. However, there is no deal on the app for the strawberries, so she kept saying I already used that deals which is not true. Everyone gave different answers, staffs and employees are not helpful, ruined my mood after shopping here. Super disappointed with the service!
